- Introduction
- These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Sukriti Professional Academy (“SPA”, “we”, “us”, “our”) website sukritiedu.com, digital platforms (including LMS, webinars, virtual classes), offline campus services, courses, and certifications (collectively, “Services”).
- By visiting the website, submitting an enquiry/application, paying fees, or using our Services, the user (“Student”, “Applicant”, “User”, “You”) agrees to these Terms.
- If you disagree with these Terms, please do not use the Services.
- Eligibility and Admissions
- Eligibility criteria are specified on relevant course pages and admission communications. SPA may request academic documents, ID proof, portfolio, or entrance assessment where applicable.
- Admission is subject to seat availability, verification of information/documents, and payment within specified timelines.
- SPA reserves the right to accept or reject any application in accordance with applicable policies.
- Programs and Delivery (Offline and Digital)
- SPA provides Interior Design courses and related certifications through classroom (offline) and digital modes (live/recorded sessions, LMS materials).
- Course content, duration, schedules, instructors, delivery mode, and venue may change for academic, operational, or regulatory reasons; equivalent academic value will be maintained.
- Access to LMS or digital content is granted for the specified term and is non-transferable.
- Attendance, Assessments, and Certification
- Students must meet minimum attendance, submit assignments/projects on time, and pass assessments per course rules.
- Certification is awarded upon successful completion of academic requirements, fee clearance, and institute compliance.
- SPA may conduct proctored/monitored assessments for integrity purposes.
- Code of Conduct
- Students must maintain professional behavior, respect faculty/staff/peers, and adhere to campus and online etiquette.
- Misuse of property, harassment, academic dishonesty, or disruptive conduct may result in warnings, suspension, or dismissal without refund.
- Students must comply with safety, IT use, and examination rules.
- Fees, Payments, and EMI
- Fee structures, due dates, and any EMI/scholarship schemes will be communicated in writing or displayed on the website.
- All fees must be paid by due dates; late payments may attract penalties or suspension of access.
- Fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated; applicable taxes/charges are borne by the Student.
- Refunds, Cancellations, and Withdrawals
- Application/registration fees are generally non-refundable unless explicitly stated.
- Course fee refunds (if any) follow SPA’s Fee & Refund Policy communicated during admission; administrative charges may apply.
- Refunds, where applicable, are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time after approval.
- If a batch is cancelled/merged/postponed by SPA, students may be offered deferral, alternative batch, or refund as per policy.
- Visa, accommodation, travel, and third‑party costs (if any) are not covered by SPA and are non‑refundable by SPA.
- Scholarships and Discounts
- Scholarships/discounts (if offered) are at SPA’s discretion and subject to criteria, documentation, and performance.
- Misrepresentation to obtain benefits may lead to withdrawal of aid and disciplinary action.
- Placements, Internships, and Career Support
- SPA may provide placement assistance, industry exposure, and internship opportunities as per program norms and market conditions.
- SPA does not guarantee jobs, compensation levels, or specific roles; employer decisions prevail.
- Students must follow placement cell guidelines and meet eligibility criteria to avail services.
- Intellectual Property and Content Use
- All course materials, recordings, slides, assignments, and website content are SPA’s or licensors’ intellectual property.
- Students receive a limited, personal, non‑transferable license to access content during the course term.
- Copying, distributing, recording, reselling, sublicensing, or public posting of SPA materials is prohibited without written consent.
- Student‑created work remains the student’s IP; by enrolling, students grant SPA a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to display student work (portfolio/projects) for academic, placement, and promotional purposes, subject to written opt‑out.
- Acceptable Use of Website and LMS
- Users shall not interfere with operations, attempt unauthorized access, upload malware, or engage in harmful activities.
- Accounts/credentials must be kept confidential; sharing access is prohibited. Users are responsible for activities under their accounts.
- Third‑Party Services and Links
- SPA may use third‑party services (LMS, video conferencing, payment gateways, analytics). Third‑party terms and privacy practices apply in addition to these Terms.
- External links are for convenience; SPA is not responsible for third‑party content or practices.
- Data Privacy
- SPA collects and processes personal data for admissions, academic delivery, support, placement assistance, and compliance.
- Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights. By using our Services, you agree to the Privacy Policy.
- Communications and Notice
- Students consent to receive important communications (admissions, schedules, academic updates, policy changes) via email, SMS, WhatsApp, phone, and LMS/app notifications.
- For official queries, notices, grievances, or rights requests, use the contact details in Section 22.
- Force Majeure
- SPA is not liable for delays/interruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, strikes, outages).
- SPA may adjust delivery (e.g., shift to online, defer schedules) and will strive to minimize disruption.
- Warranties and Disclaimers
- SPA endeavors to provide accurate, current information; however, content may change and errors may occur.
- Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
- Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, SPA’s total liability for claims related to the Services is limited to the amount of fees paid by the Student for the specific course term giving rise to the claim.
- SPA is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of opportunity, data, or profits.
- Indemnity
- Users agree to indemnify and hold SPA, its officers, faculty, staff, and partners harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from breach of these Terms, misuse of the Services, or violation of law or third‑party rights.
- Changes to Courses, Policies, and Terms
- SPA may update course outlines, schedules, policies (including these Terms), and fees for academic or operational reasons. Material changes will be communicated reasonably in advance where possible.
- Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
- Termination and Suspension
- SPA may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, non‑payment, academic dishonesty, or misconduct.
- Students may request withdrawal as per Section 7 and applicable policies.
- Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
- Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at New Delhi, India.
- SPA may propose good‑faith mediation or arbitration before litigation, in line with applicable law.

- Miscellaneous
- Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and course‑specific communications, constitute the entire agreement between you and SPA concerning the Services.
- Severability: If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
- No Waiver: Failure to enforce a provision does not constitute a waiver.
- Assignment: Users may not assign rights/obligations under these Terms. SPA may assign its rights to affiliates/successors as part of legitimate restructuring.
- Notices: SPA may issue notices via website banners, emails, LMS announcements, or SMS/WhatsApp, as appropriate.
