Cancellation Policy

- Scope
This Cancellation Policy applies to all Sukriti Professional Academy (“SPA”) programs and services delivered on campus and online, including diplomas, certifications, workshops, bootcamps, events, and ancillary services. - General rules
- Cancellations must be requested in writing from the registered email ID.
- Application/registration fees are non‑refundable and non‑transferable.
- Once a batch has commenced, cancellations generally do not qualify for fee refunds; please also review the Refund Policy for refund eligibility.
- If learning materials, software licenses, tool access, or onboarding services have been provisioned before cancellation, their actual/prorated costs may be charged.
- How to cancel
- Send an email with subject “Cancellation Request – [Program Name] – [Student Name] – [Batch/Start Date]”.
- Include registered mobile number, admission ID/application ID, payment reference(s), and reason for cancellation.
- For minors, the parent/guardian’s written consent and ID may be required.
- Key timelines
- Before batch commencement: Cancellation is permitted; eligibility for refunds, if any, is governed strictly by the Refund Policy timelines and deductions.
- After batch commencement: Cancellation is permitted; refunds are ordinarily not available except as set out in the Refund Policy in exceptional, documented circumstances.
- Institute‑initiated cancellations
SPA may cancel/postpone/merge a batch or change delivery mode/venue due to academic, operational, or force‑majeure reasons. In such cases, SPA will provide options such as deferral, alternative batch, or other remedies as per the Refund Policy. - Conduct and policy breaches
If admission is cancelled due to policy breaches (e.g., misconduct, academic dishonesty, falsified documents, fee default), fees paid may be forfeited per the Terms & Conditions. - Processing time
Cancellation requests are acknowledged within 3–5 working days and resolved as quickly as possible. Where a refund is applicable, timelines are defined in the Refund Policy. - Contact for cancellations
